How InVentry’s support portal helps customers
We supply our products to customers in many different sectors, each needing different levels of support. From colleges and universities right through to hospitals and care homes, different customers have different needs when using the InVentry system.
Here at InVentry, once you purchase a product, we don’t just leave you to figure things out for yourself. We have a helpful and dedicated support team who are there to answer all the questions you may have. We’ve come up with different ways to answer your questions and make sure you have all the tools to understand the InVentry system properly. We have recently updated our support portal by improving the overall user experience, adding better search features and making it much easier for you to find what you need. So how can you use the support portal?
Smart search across the site
Being able to find an article that is relevant to your query used to be difficult within our old support portal. You told us this during feedback and we listened! We’ve recently introduced Smart Search across the portal meaning that if you search for a certain query, our search function will suggest different articles which relate to that query, which makes answering your question that much easier!
We have different webinars for each of our products, that give an in-depth explanation of how everything works and how best to utilise your software. From an overview of the InVentry Console through to ClubReg and Class Mark, there are many ways to find out which are the best products for you and the best way to use them in your school, college or business.
Live chat support
Got a burning question you need answering there and then? Utilise our live chat support feature! We have a dedicated team on hand to help you with any questions you may have, if it’s urgent they will try and get it sorted for you straight away!
We have a ton of online guides about each of our features, from scheduling reports to inviting a visitor online, there are guides for everything you need to know about InVentry within our online support portal!
Another thing we’ve improved within the portal is setting up our guides in an “accordion’ format. This means you’re able to expand different sections of the guide so you can quickly click on the part most relevant to you.
Our support team are always listening to you and really value your feedback. If we start to experience a number of support calls / chats / emails asking the same question, we’ll use this information to build our next guide and featured article.
