October 2020 marks ten years of InVentry. The company has come such a long way in a decade, and we wanted to share our journey with everyone. From a product idea by Phil Brooke to having over 100 employees, the past ten years have been a whirlwind!
InVentry was established in 2010 by our director Phil Brooke, in his bedroom of all places! After working hard to establish a product, Phil Lawson, joined forces to kickstart InVentry within the education sector. Fast forward a year and Alain Squitieri, our Sales Director, joined the team of 3 directors, a ‘dream team’ if you will!
Come 2012, we were set to showcase InVentry at the biggest education show in England, BETT! With a simple stand and our InVentry product we headed to the event and have been going every year since! 2020 was our best year at BETT with a brand new robot, take a look below!
A short time after in 2013 version 2 of InVentry was released, our first update and we made it big and moved into a new office!
Bring in the blue polos, in 2014 we created a new uniform! 2015 we fancied a change so had a restyle of our logo to make it look more modern and fresh!

By 2016 it was time for another update of InVentry when we released Version 4 which was one of the biggest updates we’ve released!
2017 brought us recognition as one of the top 50 fastest growing technology companies and by 2019 we had moved to an even bigger and better office!
Now we’re in 2020 where we attended BETT with the biggest and best stand we’ve ever had – don’t just take our word for it, have a look to the left! As 2020 brought a global pandemic, we never thought we’d be having our 10th birthday party via Microsoft Teams. However, we’ve managed to pull together, keep morale high and celebrate our company.
