Trip Management Overview
Ensuring the safeguarding of pupils does not just extend to within a typical school environment. Protecting students during school trips is just, if not more important.
While schools often use some form of paper registration to track students while on a field trip, with the trip management feature available through the Anywhere App, teachers can now have the peace of mind that pupil information is securely stored at the palm of your hand!
Trip Management Features
Accessible
Easily sign groups of students who are registered for a school trip in and out via the InVentry system. For those longer trips, you can even set an end date, so staff know when to expect your return.
Secure
Pupil information, such as medical records, dietary requirements and parental contact details are securely stored within the InVentry Anywhere App, and are easily accessible in case of a medical emergency with our Advanced Trip Management feature.
Integrated
Each trip register is integrated with your InVentry Anywhere App, so staff members can easily view all active trips with a click of a button.
Evacuation
All students on a school trip will be registered as early leavers, meaning you’ll be aware that they’re safe offsite during an evacuation procedure.
Safeguarding
As many registers are taken during field trips, staff members have the option to reset and retake registers, ensuring the safeguarding of children even out of a school setting is constantly maintained.
Web-Based
Easily access the InVentry Anywhere App on most devices, including mobile phones and tablets via some form of cellular or WI-FI signal and a web browser. This means that school trip registers can be taken anywhere!
