Understand who is on site on non-match days
On non-match days, there could be a lot of people onsite with access to many different areas. With InVentry, contractors can be pre-booked and pre-approved as well as giving them access to certain parts of the building through our Paxton Access integration. Simply invite a contractor on site and send them forms to fill out before the arrive on site, making their sign in process quicker and easier.
Give Ground Staff a further sense of security knowing that visitors can only enter the stadium by signing in and being approved. When Press Officers come to the stadium, allow them to sign in and provide them with a personalised badge, making it easier to put names to faces when interacting with them as well as tracking who has come on site through your InVentry system later.
