This role is the perfect opportunity for an experienced trainer who has fantastic organisation skills to join our busy but energetic training team. You will be required to hit the ground running and will take a key role in the development and delivery of high-quality end-user and internal company training materials, as well as supporting our Lead Trainer across all training activities.

Reporting to: Lead Trainer
Hours: 40 hours per week

Main Duties

  • Delivery of training webinars to customers on the use of Hardware/Software systems
  • Delivery of onsite training sessions to customers on the use of hardware/Software systems
  • Delivery of internal training sessions to InVentry staff
  • Training course and resource design
  • Reduction in training requests through support and increasing the use of self-help
  • Incentives to increase the attendance of webinars
  • Identify knowledge gaps through demand analysis and develop training plans
  • Induction training of new starters
  • Looking at incentives to increase the use of knowledge internally

Required Skills

The successful candidate will require the following:

  • Extensive experience of developing and delivering high quality training programmes
  • Experience of mentoring
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft Windows working environment
  • Proactive, efficient and able to work independently
  • Good presentation skills
  • Strong sense of customer service
  • Good organisational skills
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Confident in dealing and speaking with customers in a polite, courteous and professional manner
  • Able to act upon feedback
