Pitmaston Primary School is a large, dynamic school set within St. John’s Community, Worcester, and are recognised as an Ofsted outstanding school. With a caring family ethos, their staff members are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

THE CHALLENGE

As safeguarding is at the heart of Pitmaston Primary School, they wanted a system which could improve their record keeping and fire evacuation processes, track who was coming onto site, whilst also having the ability to efficiently sign in staff members, students, and visitors.

THE SOLUTION

InVentry was able to provide Pitmaston Primary School with a simple and modern system which allows the school to successfully register and monitor staff working hours, whilst ensuring they know who’s on site at any given time.

The primary school now has a professional signing in solution which enables them to keep up with fire evacuation protocols with the ability to obtain a live register as to who’s safe and accounted for in the event of an evacuation.

Along with the ability to ensure that any students arriving late are signed in quickly and effectively, with all late marks written back to their MIS.
