Health Declarations
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, our development team has been working day and night to create new features – enabling our customers to return to work safely. Our Health Declaration feature, in particular, is really useful in helping businesses and schools offer a safe working environment. This feature disallows employees, and pre-booked visitors, who are feeling unwell to enter the building.
So, how does it work?
Daily Declaration: Send staff and pre-booked visitors a daily health declaration before they enter your site. This declaration requires them to confirm that they are not displaying symptoms of COVID-19 or feeling generally unwell.
Deny Access: Remove door access from staff who’ve declared they’re feeling unwell, disallowing them access on-site should they continue their journey into work. You will need our Paxton Door Access Integration to utilise this feature. Enquire today for more information!
Suspend Accounts: Temporarily suspend the accounts of staff that don’t pass the Health Declaration, preventing them from signing in using the InVentry system or Quickscan Touch Units. If needed, they can still access the Remote Worker Sign In through the InVentry Anywhere App.
Health Contact: Automatically send responses to your Internal Health Contact when a declaration is declined – including a list of known visitors for the past 14 days. This allows for test and trace to take place.
Customisable: Health Declarations are easily customisable, allowing for personalisation. You can also customise the email and on-screen messages if the declaration is declined.
On-site declaration: You can also set up an on-site Health Declaration for approved contractors or any visitors who weren’t pre-booked.
