InVentry, the UK’s leading provider of sign-in and visitor management solutions, is thrilled to announce some exciting new updates including key promotions within its UK division. This significant milestone highlights InVentry’s continued expansion and further solidifies its position as a key player in the global business solutions market.
As part of its ongoing growth, InVentry strengthened its global presence last year through the strategic acquisition of Hipla Technologies, seamlessly integrating their product set into a unified InVentry global brand. This acquisition also led to the expansion of InVentry’s global footprint, with the opening of new offices in India and Singapore.
Global Expansion & Localised Support
With ambitious plans for further growth, InVentry is also set to expand its presence in the Middle East by opening a new office in the UAE. This strategic move will provide more localised support in the region, particularly in Qatar and Saudi Arabia. This move aligns with the broader goal of ensuring dedicated, on-the-ground support and service to InVentry’s rapidly growing customer base in the Middle East – which includes notable clients such as Qatar Foundation Schools, United International School Doha, Copass International School, BISAK (British International School Al Khobar) as well as Rotana Media Group (Riyadh), to name just a few.
Leadership Promotions and New Roles
InVentry is also celebrating the promotion of several key leaders within the company, who will play a crucial role in driving the company’s growth and innovation forward:

Alain Squitieri has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, where he will focus on elevating the company’s UK operations and driving the brand to the next level. Alain shared, “I’m excited to lead our UK operations into this next chapter of growth. The UK market has always been at the heart of InVentry’s success, and I’m eager to build on that foundation. Our goal is not only to further strengthen our position in the UK but also to drive innovation and expansion, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the industry. With the support of our talented team, we’re all set for an exciting future, and I’m thrilled to lead the charge as we continue to deliver cutting-edge solutions to our customers and partners.’”

Vikki Ross has been appointed as Chief People Officer (CPO), leading the People function globally. Vikki’s focus is on investing in the progression of employees, fostering development, and ensuring the growth of talent within the company. As Vikki states, “Our dedication to our people is what drives us. We’re not just focused on recruitment but on creating clear pathways for progression across the business. Every step we take is aimed at empowering our team and supporting their journey. It’s essential that we treat everyone, regardless of their location, with the same core values and commitment to their growth and success.”

Kyle Shah also steps into the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO), overseeing Operations worldwide. With a key focus on ensuring the global Group functions seamlessly, Kyle’s vision is to support every region, making sure operations run smoothly across all time zones. By enhancing the integration between teams, Kyle aims to further improve the quality of delivery across the board, ensuring that each region’s operations are consistently aligned with the Group’s high standards. As Kyle notes, “We strive for operational excellence, connecting the UK and global teams to provide round-the-clock support to industries that operate 24/7. Our focus is on supporting our customers no matter where they are, ensuring a smooth onboarding process, and offering comprehensive support every step of the way. By establishing a strong, efficient onboarding process and maintaining continuous 24/7 support, we’re reinforcing our commitment to delivering exceptional service and building long-lasting relationships with our clients.”
We’re also making exciting strides at Group level with some key changes that will accelerate our global expansion – with these leaders stepping into pivotal roles:

Phil Lawson has been appointed Group Chief Executive Officer, with a focus on driving InVentry’s growth and spearheading its global expansion. Reflecting on the changes, Phil shared, “Alain’s promotion is a natural next step for InVentry. His leadership will elevate our UK operations while also advancing our presence beyond the UK. We’re not leaving the UK behind though; our global growth will only enhance the services we offer locally. In fact, with InVentry already installed in over 25 countries, our expanding global footprint will further enhance our ability to deliver innovative solutions to organisations around the world.”

Phil Brooke has been appointed to Group Chief Technology Officer, where he will steer the groups product strategy while overseeing the development and implementation of InVentry’s hardware and software solutions. Reflecting on the importance of this role, Phil Brooke shared, “Our new leadership structure forms a critical part of driving innovation at InVentry. As we continue to expand globally, these changes will not only foster greater collaboration and agility but also offer exciting opportunities for progression within the company. Our commitment to innovation and solving real world problems will continue to drive the products we provide to our customers, both locally and internationally.”
