Latest Update – 19th August 2026 at 18.57

We have identified that an unauthorised third party has gained access to one of our internal business systems. Some historic business information from that environment appears to have been copied and subsequently published online.

Importantly, this incident is separate from the InVentry product platform. The business environment concerned is completely independent to the infrastructure used to deliver our products and services, and we have identified no evidence that our product platform or customer product environments have been impacted as part of this incident.

Our investigation into the information obtained is continuing. Based on our assessment to date, the material appears to consist predominantly of older business and contact information, much of which appears to be information that is or has been available through public sources. We are continuing to validate the precise content and scope.

We have taken action to secure the affected environment and are conducting a detailed investigation into the incident, including reviewing the information involved and the circumstances that allowed it to be accessed.

We recognise that reports of this nature can understandably cause concern, particularly where they create the impression that our product or customer systems may have been compromised. We want to be clear that this is not what our investigation has identified.

We are not recommending any changes to the way customers continue to use their InVentry systems, and we will provide further information where appropriate as our investigation progresses. Should our investigation identify information that requires action by an individual customer, we will contact them directly.
