InVentry Ltd is a fast-growing technology company specialising in the development and provision of touch screen visitor management solutions. We provide end to end installation and support services for our customers. We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team, take a look at the job description below to see if it would be right for you!

Reporting to: Marketing Manager
Hours: 8:30-17:00 Monday – Friday
Salary: Competitive
Main Duties
- Organise and measure marketing campaigns with a focus on reseller prospecting
- Plan, post and measure reseller social activities (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
- Co-ordinate and analyse a regular schedule of reseller email campaigns using DotDigital (broadcast and automated emails – training will be provided)
- Produce optimised, informative and engaging copy for blog posts and landing pages
- Manage the reseller onboarding process from a marketing point of view. This will include introductory meetings, marketing guidance and circulation of our collateral
- Offer support to existing resellers, ensuring their InVentry related copy and marketing messages are current and relevant to their market
- Monitor and improve our Reseller Portal and messaging
- Producing new reseller collateral as and when required
- Work with our internal graphic designer on design & print projects including web guides, promotions and general reseller collateral
- Successfully meet prospecting & conversion targets
- Monitor and report on reseller trends as well as competitor products and services
- Assist with the preparation of sales activities and planning
- Attend events and work on event stands as and when required
- General website monitoring and maintenance (WordPress)
- General marketing support as required by the team
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1 years’ experience in a marketing environment
- Good working knowledge of email platforms
- Good working knowledge of social media platforms
- Good working knowledge of CMS (WordPress)
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to write engaging & optimised content
- Excellent organisation and time management skills with a keen eye for detail
- Capable of dealing with a high volume of work and working to strict deadlines
- Capable of dealing with phone support and enquiries
- Ability to focus and prioritise tasks for multiple projects all happening simultaneously
- Good oral communications skills
- Ability to travel including occasional overnight stays during events
- Basic understanding of digital platforms
