An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Internal Sales Executive to join our growing InVentry sales team. As our Internal Sales Executive you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through upselling and customer engagement. You will be primarily responsible for engaging with existing customers through outbound calls and other channels to upsell additional products and services. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic individual who loves speaking on the phone and thrives in a customer-centric environment.

Your Role
As our Internal Account Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Customer Engagement: Proactively reach out to existing customers to discuss their current usage, identify potential needs, and present relevant additional products and services that can enhance their experience.
- Upselling: Effectively communicate the benefits and features of additional products and services, aiming to increase sales and maximize customer value.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and document customer feedback to share with the product development and sales teams, contributing to the continuous improvement of products and services.
- Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and outcomes in the CRM system. Regularly report on progress towards sales targets and objectives.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following Skills:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills are essential.
- Customer-Centric Approach: A passion for helping customers and ensuring they get the most value from the products and services offered.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to effectively upsell and cross-sell products and services, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Product Knowledge: Good understanding of the company’s products and services, and the ability to quickly learn about new offerings.
- Organisational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
- Driven and Motivated: A self-starter who is motivated by achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
- Team Player: Someone who can work collaboratively with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to share insights and improve customer offerings.
