Job Title: Internal Account Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Internal Account Manager to join our growing InVentry team, you will be responsible for working with our existing customers to identify and deliver industry-leading products, services, and growth opportunities to an already engaged and enthusiastic audience.

You’ll also be supporting our External Account Managers, their Resellers, and our Internal Support Team to deliver a world class service that makes us the market leader.

Your Role:

As our Internal Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for…

• Handling inbound sales enquiries by phone & email
• Identifying new business opportunities for yourself and the team
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
• Proactively reaching out to our existing customers via phone, email and other communication channels to identify upselling and cross selling opportunities
• Understanding the needs and pain points of customers to effectively position our products as solutions to their challenges
• Booking & managing appointments, meetings, and product demonstrations for both internal and external account management teams
• Building relationships with partners and resellers by attending trade shows and events

The ideal candidate will…

• Have excellent telephone interpersonal and relationship building skills with strong listening ability and paying close attention to detail
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or education-based environment
• A strong customer service focus and willingness to learn
