The Trafford Centre, Manchester is a world-renowned shopping and leisure centre where customers can find must-have brands, high street favourites, delicious food and exciting leisure under one roof.

THE CHALLENGE

The Trafford Centre has several meeting rooms of various sizes, but since opening in 1998, they’ve lacked a digital booking system which allowed them to fully utilise their workspaces and enable both staff and retailers to easily book a meeting room suitable for their requirements.

THE SOLUTION

InVentry provided the Trafford Centre with six Space Bookings devices which are now displayed outside each of their meeting rooms; allowing them to grab spaces on the go and fully utilise their workplace, whilst ensuring that their business is professionally prepared when their staff members or brand partners are looking for a space to collaborate.
