Your Role:
As our Onboarding Project Lead, you’ll be the go to person for new customers, helping them feel confident and supported while guiding them through every step of their onboarding journey. Your role will include:
- Order Review: Making sure customer orders match technical and contractual requirements.
- Customer Engagement: Acting as the main contact for onboarding, building strong relationships and guiding customers through each stage.
- Installation Scheduling: Coordinating installation dates with both customers and internal teams.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with Sales, Technical Support, Project Management, and on-site IT teams to ensure a smooth process.
- Requirement Gathering: Collecting key information from customers and site teams about IT and infrastructure needs.
- Journey Communication: Explaining the onboarding process clearly and supportively.
- Issue Management: Spotting potential risks early and escalating to keep everything on track.
- Record Keeping: Keeping accurate records of all onboarding activity in our systems.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following Skills:
- Experienced in onboarding, project coordination or client-facing roles.
- Confident and approachable, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Comfortable working with technical teams at all levels.
- Familiar with CRM tools to track and manage customer journeys.
- Experience with site-based IT teams is a bonus.
