InVentry helps Oastlers School to improve their Asset Management
with Audit & Compliance

THE CLIENT

Oastlers School, located in Bradford, caters for a total of 134 secondary pupils who have Emotional, Social, and Mental Health Difficulties. The school lays the foundations for a positive, rich learning journey for their community, and offers a broad curriculum leading to GCSE’s and other similar qualifications.

THE CHALLENGE

The school needed a simple and accurate way of tracking on-site assets. From laptops and iPads right through to keys, the solution needed to be robust and easy to use.

Oastlers School also needed a way to log warrenties for their equipment to ensure they remained complaint and up to date. As their staff members are often busy with other tasks, they neede a software that would send them instant reminders when their warrenties were due to expire to streamline the process for their team.

THE SOLUTION

InVentry provided Oastlers School with a comprehensive solution to asset management, through their Audit & Compliance software. This solution has allowed them to compile a thorough list of assets within the school, also storing asset owner information and current locations. In addition, Oastlers use Audit & Compliance to log and monitor warranties of new assets added to the system, ensuring they remain compliant and up to date.
