InVentry offered an answer to their problems and much more! Oakfield now use InVentry to record staff attendance as well as generating working hour reports. The system also sits nicely in their reception area, providing a personalised and professional approach to both visitors and contractors. It’s also enabled Oakfield to offer a safe working environment for its staff and residents, as they can see exactly who is on-site at any given time. Fire evacuations have also improved through the use of the InVentry Anywhere App; enabling Oakfield to not only safely check people in as they reach the fire evacuation point – but they are also now able to see detailed reporting on each evacuation, allowing them to improve each time.
InVentry has also provided Oakfield with a solution to their visitor management. Visitors can now come on-site and the staff have full clarity of who has arrived and who they are there to see. This has made the process much easier, diminishing the need for outdated paper-based solutions.
Most importantly, InVentry offers Oakfield additional security as they now have improved awareness of the location of people we support. John Quilter, Business & Support Manager, commented “it was an easy choice choosing InVentry as it was the best system out there. We love the fact it’s not only sped up our sign in process – but the system also pulls reports for us, which is something we really needed! It’s also completely streamlined our sign in process, and the system looks professional in our reception area. I really can’t recommend InVentry enough!”.
John Quilter went on to add; “the support we’ve had from InVentry has been great – from our initial questions before purchasing, right through to support our installation. Although we’re still in the final phase of set up right now, I think the approved contractors and contractor checks offering will be really beneficial to us. The approved contractor’s module of InVentry will allow us to store approved contractor information, checks and expiry dates within one holistic system – which will further improve their sign in experience when visiting site. The contractor checks module will also be beneficial as it’ll allow us to gather induction documentation from contractors, before they arrive on-site. This will again improve their experience but also make it so much easier for us! We’ll be able to then evaluate their experience and gather feedback – through InVentry’s Visitor Feedback Module. This is something I’m really excited to launch at Oakfield, we’ll be able to send surveys out automatically, store feedback and note actions taken against each comment! I would happily recommend InVentry. If anyone is considering it, go for it! I’d even be happy for you to contact us directly for our personal experience!”
Overall, Oakfield have been extremely happy with InVentry, from the first demonstration right the way through to implementation. John Quilter was so happy with the system, he even went on to express how he would be willing to help InVentry with trialing new features and apps if needed!
