1. To start, could you tell me how you currently use InVentry Central across your site or sites?*

2. Are there any current frustrations or limitations you've encountered with the system?

3. We’ve heard that duplicate staff records across sites have caused headaches for some of our customers, has this been an issue for you?

4. If yes: How often does this happen, and how do you currently deal with it? We’re working on smarter duplicate detection — would it be valuable if the system flagged potential duplicates before they're added?

5. One of the big changes we're planning is to give Group Admins more control; specifically the ability to manage MIS integrations and system settings directly from the Cloud, across all sites. This means those responsibilities would no longer sit with individual schools and instead, they’d be handled centrally at the Group level. Would this shift be helpful for your organisation? How do you feel about removing that responsibility from school level staff and moving it to Group Admins instead?

7. We're also introducing features like centralised themes, and unified settings across sites. Do any of these stand out as particularly useful for your organisation?
