The Challenge

The school’s existing sign in system, which relied on pen and paper, was failing to provide consistent and accurate records. This inconsistency led to frequent issues with staff and visitors forgetting to sign in or out, making it difficult to manage who was on-site at any given time. Katherine Ashworth, the Business Manager at Cams Lane Primary School, described the situation as “an administrative nightmare,” with “rafts of pens and papers everywhere” and multiple daily occurrences of missed sign-ins.

The Solution

On the recommendation of another school, Cams Lane Primary School decided to implement the InVentry system.
