The school needed a solution that could automate temporary access, streamline sign-ins, and integrate fully with the InVentry sign-in system, reducing the burden on staff while ensuring every visitor was correctly accounted for.

The Solution

InVentry provided Allithwaite CE Primary School with a fully integrated RFID label roll system, simplifying visitor access while maintaining site security. Visitors can print a label containing an embedded RFID chip, giving temporary access to authorised areas and removing the need for separate cards. Staff can monitor who is on-site in real time, ensuring a complete record of visitors for safeguarding purposes.
