Are you passionate about technology and love helping others? We’re looking for Technical Support to join our Support Team and be the first point of contact for customers using our industry-leading sign-in and visitor management solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing:
· Respond to incoming support queries via phone and live chat
· Log, track and manage tickets through our Zendesk ticketing system
· Take ownership of assigned support tickets, providing timely updates and resolutions
· Use remote support software to resolve issues, following established processes
· Assist in building and updating our customer knowledge base and best practice guides
· Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
