Barcode Scanner for Staff & Regular VisitorsBy simply sending InVentry a photo of the relevant staff member or visitor, we can supply a high-quality plastic ID badge, shipped straight to your site. This will work in conjunction with a barcode scanner, allowing the user to scan in and out with ease. The system can even be programmed to collect additional information such as the purpose of a visit or the reason for leaving.
Multiple Entry Point SystemsFor sites with more than one visitor entrance, we can easily supply additional touch screens, label printers and barcode scanners that will work and synchronise with your central database.
Alternate Language PacksFor foreign language clients, we can provide all the functionality of our standard visitor management software in the language of your choosing. We even offer a Welsh-English bilingual system, which will allow visitors to select either language before the sign in process begins.
